Hrm… i might have found my GTD solution! I was enjoying my Milk, but this new one I can not pronounce has a better iphone app and better all around access.

Yes, the iPhone is missing tasks and notes.  We are still far from being an actual business tool like the blackberry.

Personally I need my tasks synced to exchange or mobile me.  Since mobile me is missing almost everything, I need to use exchange.  Why wouldn’t Apple include tasks and notes in their phone?  Why do I have to use a 3rd party for this basic function?

Someone send Apple a note or a to do to handle this

This list will help you sum up the 3rd party options available for tasks.  I have been using Milk for a few weeks now but am going to try a few others before i buy in.

I like lists… here is the best list tool I have seen.  you manage/sync them from/to your smart phone, web, gmail, iCal, Outlook

You can even email yourself or someone else a task
